Assistant Store Manager

One of our gorgeous Portmans stores at  Homebush is seeking an experienced retail leader to join the team as Assistant Store Manager. Here you will work with an experienced Store Manager and play a vital role in the success of the journey of the Portmans brand. To succeed in this role you will need proven experience working in a fashion retail environment in a leadership capacity.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • acting as Store Manager when required
  • exceptional Customer Service
  • staff Development and Training
  • stock Management
  • advertising, Promotions and Visual Merchandising
  • performance and Productivity Improvement
  • store Administration
  • managing Shrinkage
  • conducting and attending Meetings
  • group Member Accountability
